The Kindness of Strangers: More on the SIC’s Bad Investment in Earthstone International

Rio Grande Foundation investigative journalist Jim Scarantino has been attempting to get to the bottom of why the State Investment Council has continued to receive New Mexicans’ money despite having not fulfilling many of the obligations contained in their contracts.
