Carter Swanson

Policy Analyst

Carter Swanson is a policy analyst at the Rio Grande Foundation, where he contributes valuable experience in public policy analysis and economic research. A resident of New Mexico for most of his life, Carter has a deep appreciation for his state, as well as a desire to see it flourish. He is currently pursuing a dual degree in Economics and Mechanical Engineering, along with a minor in Honors, at the University of New Mexico. In his free time, Carter loves to ski and take advantage of the outdoor opportunities that New Mexico has to offer. Although, he is just as likely to be found in the company of a good book.
