The Rio Grande Foundation is pleased to submit its comments regarding the NRC’s review of Holtec International’s application to build and operate a Consolidated Interim Storage (CIS) facility for up to 100,000 tones of spent nuclear fuel (SNF) in Lea County, New Mexico.
