This week Paul interviews Scott Moody regarding his “Family Prosperity Index.” The Index is available at FamilyProsperity.org.

In the second edition of the Index, New Mexico again appears near the very bottom (2nd worst). The Index tracks family integrity and economic issues that promote/hinder real prosperity in each state. What does New Mexico need to do to change? How does this Index compare with the “Kids Count” studies put out by liberal organizations but also finds New Mexico to perform poorly?
